Visiting our campus is a great way to experience all that SPSU has to offer.
For high school (freshman) students, we offer a campus visit, which includes an information session conducted by an admission
counselor, and campus tour lead by a student ambassador. For our transfer and non-traditional students, we offer an opportunity for you to sit down with a transfer counselor to
discuss transferring to our school. For more details on each type of visit, please

Campus Visits for High School Students
For incoming freshman students, we offer small group campus visits which include an
information session and guided campus tour. Each information session is conducted
by an admission counselor and gives you the opportunity to learn about admission requirements,
degree programs, tuition costs, and student life. During your guided campus tour, you'll visit the Student Center, new Dining Hall,
Hornet Village Suites, academic buildings, Special Interest Housing, the Recreation
and Wellness Center, and lots more.
Transfer/Non-Traditional Appointments
For transfer and non-traditional students, we offer an opportunity for you to sit
down with an admission counselor to discuss transferring to our school. You may bring
copies of your transcripts to discuss how your courses will transfer. If you're a transfer student and have been accepted, please contact the academic adviser

Large Group Visits
For high schools who would like to bring a group of students to visit our campus, we offer an information session, campus tour, and the option of eating at our Stingers Dining Hall.* We can accommodate up to 50 students during the time of your visit. Large group visits can be requested by filling out the large group visit request form. Submitting an online request does not guarantee a visit; however, we'll do our best to accommodate your group.
*If your group chooses to eat lunch on campus, the cost is $7.25 per person and must be paid for as a group. Payment must be made via check or money order (made out to
SPSU Recruitment) at the time of your visit.
