An interdisciplinary course that introduces students to the culture and civilization (history, economy, art, architecture,
etc.), literature, and religion of various ethnic groups. Instructor's choice will determine which ethnic group is the focus
of the class (e.g. from Asian, African-American, Hispanic, or other areas).
