Returning Senior Emeka Maduka started his summer off on the right foot as he opened the scoring in the opening game for the Revolution. Maduka received a pass from former Southern Poly stand out Sean Grisham in the third minute of the match and hit it first time to neatly tucked it away.
Grisham would add the second goal just two minutes later as the Revolution would start the season off with an impressive 7-1 win.
The Georgia Revolution of the National Premier Soccer League (NPSL) started their second season this past weekend and will play again Tuesday May 15, 2012 as they host Mississippi Brilla of the PDL in the 1st Round of the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup.
