Two Hornets get SSAC Player of the Week Awards.
Freshman, Forward, Emeka Maduka scored 3 goals during the week, including 2 versus #15 AUM. The other goal came as the game winner against SSAC opponent Brewton Parker. He increased his tally to 10 goals on the year and has 5 game winning goals in conference play.
Junior, Stephen Herget, has led the Hornet back line all year. He has started every game and has played every minute. He was recognized as the SSAC Defensive Player of the Week for being a part of a back line that has only allowed 1 SSAC goal all year.
