The Hornets took to the road to play their 3rd contest of the Spring season. The match versus NCAA D. II Anderson University marked the third time SPSU played a team in that division during the spring. It was also the third time the Hornets won, while keeping a clean sheet. The 1-0 victory came from the foot of, transfer Defender, Abdi Hassan. The assist was credited to Scott Anderson, who leads the team in goals this spring.
The Hornets have not been scored on all Spring and both GK's, Eric Ati and Ryan Black, combined for the shutout.
SPSU's final Spring this contest will be on Saturday April 25th, when they host the SPSU/Stanno Spring Invitational.
