International Forum

The annual (Spring) International Forum Lecture Series arranged by members of the faculty of the Social and International Studies Department of Southern Polytechnic State University.

It is sponsored by the Social and International Studies Department and the Southern Polytechnic State University Foundation.

Wednesday, April 22nd: Dr. Ryan Carlin, Georgia State University, "The Riddle of Turnout: Puzzles & Solutions in Global Perspective."

All lectures 7:30 pm in the student center theater; refreshments following in the Student Center Lobby

Wednesday, March 26th: Mr. Brian Gridley, Independent Scholar, "Saving the Florida Everglades: Challenges and Opportunities for Sustainable Resource Management."

Wednesday, April 16:Dr. Michele Zebich-Knos, Kennesaw State University, "Antarctica: Treaties,Tourists and the Environment."

All lectures noon to 1:00 pm in the student center theater.
