Rationale:
CSE cannot fulfill its mission if the community it is trying to serve is not aware
of its existence and the potential contributions it can make to organizations and
individuals as they seek to take advantage of the opportunities presented to them
or solve the problems that they face through computing. CSE therefore has to make
sure that it is widely recognized for the quality of its programs and its research.
