Rationale:
Computing is becoming increasingly more pervasive in all aspects of human activity,
including becoming an enabler of other disciplines, whether it is an engineering discipline,
a technology discipline, a natural science, a social science, or a health science.
However, in order to serve the community, CSE needs to increase the awareness of importance
of computing.
