TURBO KICK: KICK UP YOUR HEELS AND PUNCH OUT THE LIGHTS IN THIS MODERATE INTENSITY KICKBOXING CLASS

KETTLEBELL CARDIO: SWING YOUR ARMS IN THE AIR FOR THIS LOW-MODERATE INTENSE CLASS THAT USES VARYING WEIGHT KETTLE BELLS FOR A FULL BODY HEART PUMPING WORKOUT.

 YOGA: CLASS FOCUSED ON THE CORE MUSCLES OF THE BODY. INCREASE FLEXIBILITY, BODY AWARENESS AND BUILD STRENGTH

ABS ONLY!: AN INTENSE 22 MINUTE ABDOMINAL WORKOUT.

 GROUP CYCLING: WORK AT YOUR OWN LEVEL OR COMPETE WITH YOURSELF. THE CHOICE IS YOURS. COME FOR A “YOUR OWN” INTENSITY CLASS ON A CYCLE BIKE!

BELLY DANCING: A BEGINNER LEVEL CLASS THAT INTRODUCES YOU TO THE BASICS OF THE CLASSIC ART OF BELLY DANCING.

BODY BOOT CAMP: Stuck in a fitness Rut? – Get out! Build up your muscle endurance and conditioning skills! A fun energetic workout!

WATER FITNESS: COME JUMP IN THE POOL AND SWEAT IT OUT IN A NON-IMPACT FULL BODY WORKOUT.

 BEGINNER SWIMMING: LEARN THE BASICS OF STROKES AND TECHNIQUES OF BASIC SWIMMING.

CARDIO MARTIAL ARTS: Learn the basic moves in a beginner (NON- CONTACT) TOTAL BODY CLASS.

HIP HOP FITNESS: Come get your groove on! A beginner level dance class that will give you that funky swagger you have always wanted!
