Recreational sports

Southern Polytechnic maintains a comprehensive program of recreational activities that includes club and intramural sports, health and wellness activities, and outdoor recreation. These programs are designed so that students of all fitness levels can participate in activities that are fun and rewarding.

SUMMER HOURS OF OPERATION

Intramural sports
Intramural sports offers many team and individual competitive programs throughout the year.   For more information about SPSU's intramural sports programs, contact the intramural hotline at 678-915-6811.

Club sports
Club sports are organized by individuals and groups on Southern Polytechnic's campus. They vary from purely recreational to competitive or educational.

Health and wellness activities
A range of fitness classes -- including group cycling, Yoga, body shop and abs -- are offered through the Recreation and Wellness Center.
