ALL STUDENTS THAT ARE PARTICIPATING IN THE FITNESS CLASSES MUST FILL OUT A HEALTH RELEASE WAIVER:

You are able to print it out, and bring it to class with you.

You ONLY have to fill out ONE per semester.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

INTRO TO YOGA: A BEGINNER LEVEL, INTRODUCTION TO THE PRINCIPLES OF FLEXIBILITY AND YOGA IN A RELAXED SETTING. NO SKILL REQUIRED. YOU ONLY MUST BRING A WILLINGNESS TO LEARN.

 ABS Only!: AN INTENSE  22 MINUTE ABDOMINAL WORKOUT. CLASS FOCUSED ON THE CORE MUSCLES OF THE BODY.  INCREASE FLEXIBILTY, BODY AWARENESS AND BUILD THAT SUMMER SIX-PACK.

 GROUP CYCLING: WORK AT YOUR OWN LEVEL OR COMPETE WITH YOURSELF. THE CHOICE IS YOURS. COME FOR A “YOUR OWN” INTENSITY CLASS ON A CYCLE BIKE!

 POWER HOUR/ Weight Training:AN  EFFECTIVE, FULL BODY WORKOUT THAT WILL REFRESH YOU FOR THE REST OF THE DAY! Learn the basics of weight training. 

INTRO TO PILATES & ABS
A beginner level introduction to the principles of mat Pilates and core strength in a relaxed setting.

Kick-Box Training:     Learn the basic kick-box moves in a beginner (noN- CONTACT) Martial Arts Class.
