Basketball - Women 11/6/09-The Southern Polytechnic State Universiy Women’s Basketball team had a great season opener against Warner University. In the 80-39 victory, Junior Marisa Stotler and senior Dione Parks had quite the hot hand. 11/7/09-The Lady Hornets then took on Webber
International on Saturday of the Brewton Parker Classic. They
defeated Webber, 75-41, and kept the hot streak of
shooting going. Junior Marisa Stotler led the team in scoring
and freshman Brittany White reached double digit assists with 10.
Up next SPSU Women’s Basketball team will
be playing against Reinhardt College on Nov. 10th in Waleska, GA
at 6:00pm.
