Where is my package?

To find out where a package is in the routing process the first step is to identify the shipper/carrier and the tracking number assigned to the package.  Each shipper has their own unique tracking system, the two most common are UPS and FedEx (links can be found on the Courier Contact Links page).  After visiting the shipper's web site you will know if the package is in route or has been delivered to Central Receiving.  If the package has been signed for by Central Receiving call ext. 7258, provide the tracking number and your package location can be identified.

Please Note:

Packages received by Central Receiving are not delivered directly to an individual, they are delivered to the Administrative Assistant in the main office of the department listed on the package label or another individual working for said department.
