D. Programs
The University will maintain a balance between theory and practice
in its academic programs while broadening its offerings to include programs
in engineering, emerging sciences and technologies, and relevant fields.
E. International Initiatives and Diversity
The University community will promote and sustain international initiatives
and embrace cultural diversity as the norm.
