After two straight wins to begin the 2012 season, the SPSU men’s soccer team moved up one spot to second nationally in the first in-season NAIA Men’s Soccer Coaches’ Top 25 Poll this week. Southern Poly’s No. 2 national ranking is its highest ever in the six-year history of the program.
Along with their undefeated start, another factor in the Hornets’ rise in the poll is previously No. 2-ranked Baker University being winless through its first three games of the year.
