Southern Polytechnic State University is co-sponsoring the 21^st Annual Southeastern Quality Conference October 22-23 at the Cobb Galleria Centre. The event is also sponsored by the American Society for Quality and the Institute of Industrial Engineers.

Designed for individuals, businesses and organizations interested in implementing quality principles, the two-day conference will feature 31 speakers. Sessions will cover health and safety, customer satisfaction, quality process, software quality, consumer quality, quality systems, education, six sigma, statistical methods, lean manufacturing, quality award process, process improvement, and e-quality. SPSU President Dr. Lisa Rossbacher will speak on "Quality Initiatives in Higher Education" October 23 from 1:15 - 2:30 p.m.
