Based on the analysis of three tidal waves which appeared in the course of informationization of Chinese corporations, this paper points out that the third tide will push the commercial electronization of enterprise and realizes electronization management by the way of coordination integration application. Furthermore, this paper presents the purpose, key technology and some related measurements that should be taken by the government in the course of commercial electronization of enterprise.
