Abstract

This study is about the Human Resources (HR) Management in Chinese enterprises. From the aspects of system-orientation, format motivation, path choice and system attention, this investigation indicates that Chinese HR policy could ensure the achievement of enterprises' goals and gives attention to employees' desires and value-realizations at the same time, and that enterprises' conscious behavior should be driven by internal causes rather than external causes. Moreover, the ideal mode of HR format should be designed and researched by experts and enterprise members together. Meanwhile, attention to both strategic conception and technical details are given and the individual system format can be a single dimension to multiple dimensions. Based on realistic status of human resources management for Chinese enterprises, several suggestions for consideration and reference are given by the author.
