Abstract

One of the forms of cross-cultural management and training in a global economy is economic integration by standardization. The main tool supporting that this integration is the development of IT systems which systems that give access to standardization resources, support that production and interchange , and also dissemination consulting at this area. One Two of the main conditions to a succeed successful in that integration is are: (1) strategic business analysis of the standard organization (including and, as part of that – IT strategy ) and (2) next, consistent implementation of this strategy. The basis of good strategy development in IT implementation is the exchange of IT experience between standardization organizations.
