| Abstract |
In order to attack the existent practical problems in the development of small and medium businesses clusters (hereafter SMEC) , this article starts from analyzing the relationship between the western SMEC development and regional circular economy, and then applies the concept of circular economy to the development of SMECs. The article has put forward the Ecological Growth Pattern (hereafter EGP) for SMECs, i.e. coupling sustainable economic growth with effective resource utilization and management of ecological environment and promoting a harmonious society through interdiciplinary study and utilizing hi-tech and multi-demensional coordination. The article tries to seek a kind of new approach and new perspective for research on the development of SMECs. |
