| Abstract |
Currently, research and development (R&D) internationalization is a major trend for science and technology activities. It is great importance to analyze China’s R&D situation in the worldwide utilization of R&D resources and reduction of the adverse influence during the utilization process. This paper firstly discusses the basic meaning of R&D internationalization and the evaluation method, and then makes a preliminary evaluation of the R&D internationalization in China.. |
