| Abstract |
To be positive in the international highly competitive environment, the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) must use the informational tools to deal with the uncertainties in formations. This paper systematically analyzes the current conditions, the bottleneck of the informational systems for SMEs in China , and conclude that Chinese government has to follow foreign experiences, provide a good environment for SMEs and construct a network service platform for them with Chinese characteristics, and provide SMEs with free services. The Chinese government has the responsibilities to help the SMEs to solve the informational network problems, which the SMEs couldn't solve itself for a long time. |
