A good strategy of the National Standardization Body
(NSB) and its implementation is one of main factors
enabling a success in the competitiveness of national
economy (Berger et al. 2004). The increasing activity
of the NSB has an important impact on the national economy
as a result of a good NSB strategy. The basis of a good
PKN strategy development and implementation is the exchange
