Abstract

With the advent of intellectual economy, human capital is playing more and more vital role in the economic and social development. Accordingly, the establishing of the mode of running human capital is of great importance to an enterprise in China . This paper firstly analyzes the prerequisites of establishing the mode on running human capital, then, researches on establishing mode in the following three ways, namely, human capital investment, its utilizations and constant returns and finally some productive proposals related to China 's concrete practices are made.
