Based on the newly occurred recent emergencies both in China and over the world, this paper presents aims at research ing into emergencies problems in terms of national level, social stability and security . , It analyz es ing what have caused the emergencies and propos es ing some suggestions for on the already existing problems already existing in order to perfect the emergency management system in China under the given context .
