Abstract

Given the context of China 's opening to the outside, it's of great urgency to study the possible way s to restructure China 's State-Owned Enterprises (SOE). The paper, based on one of the Chengdu State-Owned Enterprises restructuring, proposes the idea that the share-cooperative system is workable as a transition for China 's State-Owned Enterprises reform. Taking the reform of state-owned Chengdu enterprise as the research object, this paper analyzes its restructuring process, which can be carried out in various forms depending on specific enterprises. It also studies and discusses the unique methods used in the restructured Chengdu State-Owned Enterprise as well as its remaining issues in order to provide some useful experiences for China 's State-Owned Enterprises' reform.
