Most of the material here is adapted from Tilings and Patterns, by Branko Grunbaum and G.C.Shephard, ©1987, Freeman and Company. I owe a deep debt to Professor Grunbaum for allowing me to reproduce portions of this work. Unfortunately, this book is out of print.
