MATH 2335 Numerical Methods I
Prerequisites: MATH 2254, knowledge of a higher level
programming language
Methods of numerical computation. Error analysis, solutions of
equations, interpolation, quadrature, and linear systems. The
course emphasizes the effective application of numerical
approximation techniques in the solution of problems frequently
encountered in engineering and science.
