Biology, Physics, Chemistry - BS Physics: 2007 - 2008
1. Please list the Program Outcomes which were met and briefly discuss these.
In Spring 08, all were met. In fall 07, Outcome #4,"Analyze, Design and utilize the results of experiments, applying the methods and principles of physics to varied contexts", was met.
2. If any program outcomes were not met, please list these and discuss these in more detail.
1. Define and solve quantitative problems in classical and modern.
2. Define current terminology in the field
5. Utilize technology as an experimental tool.
For Fall 07, Outcomes #1,#2 and #5 were not met.

Professor will continue to integrate math solving techniques into each of the physics majors’ courses with the hope that the added instruction will benefit the students.
- Please note below when you are tentatively planning to discuss these results and the use of these results with your faculty and with others.
We tentatively plan to discuss at the end of SPR2008 and at the start of SUM2008 semester.

•Will promote smaller class sizes
•Will utilize more demonstrations to promote conceptual comprehension.
•Will promote the use of recitations.

•Promote smaller class sizes.
•Will promote the use of recitations, recommending a maximum of 30 students per section.
