For Outcome C, “demonstrate an ability to work effectively in teams”, in MGNT 6008, implement a team evaluation.
For Outcome C, in MGNT6090, enhance student learning on coaching skills for teams (consider sequence of classes if feasible).
For Outcome D, “recognize, anticipate and adapt to the changing business environment”, in MGNT 6008, continue efforts and incorporate rubric to assess student performance.
For Outcome E, “communicate effectively orally and in writing”, in MGNT 6008, develop rubrics for use with oral presentations; also, inform students of resources available (videotaping) for practice.
For Outcome E, in MGNT 6090, initiate more in-depth instruction on citations including more examples and a self-test in WebCT.
For Outcome F, “recognize the value of and show the ability to engage in lifelong learning”, in MGNT 6008/MGNT 6090, enhance relevant current issues as applicable to present business environment, encourage more engagement with contemporary business news issues, and through alumni surveys, assess continued education initiatives.
For Outcome G, “understand and apply ethical, legal, and social considerations to complex business issues”, in MGNT 6008, access a current activity which incorporates ethical issues.
For Outcome G, in MGNT 6090, develop integrative ethical problem statements for student response.
