For each online course being developed, a department chair should submit the following documents to Dawn Ramsey in the Office of Faculty Support and Development prior to any course development work.

Courses undergoing development for FY12 (year ending June 30th), must be turned in for external review by February 13th in order to be eligible for FY12 fund expenditures. Courses that are turned in after February 14th will be processed against FY13 departmental funds.
Once a course has been developed, it must be sent for external review in order for the course to be eligible for DLR compensation for development. Contact Kathy Morgan (firstname.lastname@example.org) in the Office of Faculty Support and Development when the course is ready for external review.
