Helpdesk The IT Helpdesk is staffed by full-time staff from 7:30am-8pm Monday through Thursday, and 7:30am-4:30pm on Friday. The IT Helpdesk rolls over to the DoIT computer labs Monday-Thursday 8pm to 10pm and during lab hours on Saturday and Sunday.
