            This list is being maintained to help the SPSU community better understand the projects we’re actively implementing.  Due to fluid campus priorities, personnel changes, seasonal workload fluctuations, emergencies, budget, product availability, etc., timelines and projects are subject to change.  Projects are listed roughly in priority order.  Priorities are determined by IT interaction with project stakeholders, Student/Sr. Staff/Deans Council/UITAC interaction and IT resource availability, among other factors.

Move various servers to consolidate power circuits.  Install 2 new 3-phase power circuits.  Position new special-purpose Blade Server equipment racks.  Relocate some stand-alone servers; begin to migrate existing Blade Servers to new racks.  This is to provide space and power for future server upgrades, and to provide for minimal downtime for future migrations/upgrades.  Minor service interruptions during standard maintenance windows TBA
