IDC online courses are taught through WEBCT/Vista. If you encounter any problems with this system, you should contact Distance Learning Support. Use this list to identify your problem and contact the correct resource to resolve it.

Phone support for technical issues: Hornet Connect, Webmail, on-campus connectivity, account activation. This is the SPSU’s support helpdesk for faculty, staff, and students. The helpdesk is trained for first level troubleshooting and will file work orders when the problems cannot be resolved via the phone. The IT Lab Manager can reset passwords during SPSU business hours (8am-5pm M-F Fall/Spring, 8am-5:30pm M-Th, 8am-12noon Friday Summer)
SPSU Account Management Page http://accounts.spsu.edu Account activation and password resets (students only) Students initialize their SPSU NETWORK ID, email passwords at this address. Students and faculty can reset their password. Faculty, Staff and Students can set an away message, or forward their email to another account.
