IDC online courses are taught through WEBCT/Vista. If you encounter any problems with this system, you should contact Distance Learning Support. Use this list to identify your problem and contact the correct resource to resolve it.

Phone support for technical issues: Hornet Connect, Webmail, on-campus connectivity, account activation. | This is the SPSU’s support helpdesk for faculty, staff, and students. The helpdesk is trained for first level troubleshooting and will file work orders when the problems cannot be resolved via the phone.
