POSITION SUMMARY

The Department of Computer Science and Software Engineering at Southern Polytechnic State University (SPSU) invites applications for a tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level (other ranks considered).  All areas of expertise in Computer Science and Software Engineering will be considered.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related field, demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence in teaching, scholarship, professional service and have substantial research potential. The Assistant Professor will teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Computer Science and Software Engineering, conduct research in related areas, and advise students. The position is a 9-month, tenure-track appointment.

SALARY: Commensurate with experience
