What is a Theme Community?

A Theme Community (TC) is a group of first year students who share common interests. The goal of a Theme Community is to create and extend student learning opportunities outside of the classroom that enhance their intellectual and personal growth.

All of our Theme Communities are residentially-based, which means that participating students not only share like interests and participate in activities together but also live in the same residence hall. To apply to be a part of a Theme Community for Fall 2013 click here.
