Compensation

Annual Salary: $31,100

Apartment: The University will provide a furnished Apartment in your area that includes all utilities, cable, and high speed internet.

Meal Plan: The University will provide a value pack meal plan, consisting of 100 meals, for our on campus dinning facility, Stingers, as well as $100 Dinning Dollars/semester that can be used at any one of our on campus retail locations.

Cell Phone: The University will provide a SPSU issued smart phone.

Additional Employee Benefits

Paid time off: SPSU Employees receive 15 paid vacation days a year, 12 sick days per year, and 12 paid holidays- designated by the University President.

Insurance: SPSU employees qualify for competitive insurance plans, including but not limited to; Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life and Accidental Death Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability, as well as Flex Spending and Health Savings Accounts.
Retirement: Full time employees may opt to participate in the Georgia Teachers Retirement program or the University System of Georgia Optional Retirement Plan, consisting of a matching 401k.

Tuition Assistance Program: After six months employment, staff members are able to attend any of the 32 University System of Georgia Institutions free of charge*.
