Overview

SPSU Housing offers two different options for our first year freshmen residents. They are Howell Hall and Hornet Village Suites Building 200. Howell Hall was renovated during the summer of 2005 and Hornet Village first opened Fall 2010. Both Howell and Hornet Village are conveniently located near academic buildings, the student center, recreation center and seconds away from the dining hall.

If you are looking for the traditional style living, Howell Hall will be the place for you. You will share a room with one other person, and have the experience of living on a hall with a community bath. A great opportunity to meet new people that could end up being your lifelong friends!

Hornet Village will offer freshman residents the best of both worlds. There is a little of the traditional style living, mixed with the non-traditional living. Hornet Village offers both single occupancy suites, and double occupancy suites.
