Welcome to SPSU Housing! The Department of Housing and Residence Life is dedicated to providing you with a home away from home. Since you are visiting our site you have decided or are considering making SPSU your new home! If you’re looking for the convenience of living on campus, and the freedom of apartment living, check out our on-campus apartment communities. If you are a traditional incoming freshman then our residence halls will be the place for you! All of our on-campus housing provides you with convenience, value and safety. We have included more information on our site to make your decision easier. We look forward to making SPSU Housing your home away from home! Limited Spaces Are Remaining! Room Selection Now Open for 2010-2011: Students will select what space they will live in for 2010-2011 after their application has been submitted. *Incoming Freshman will not be able to select their own spaces. Room Assignments will be emailed to you in August* The Application Process will remain open to all students as long as spaces are available! *Effective for 2010-2011 there will be a $200 non-refundable reservation fee that will be due once your application has been completed.
