Admission checklist

Applying to multiple colleges and universities can be a confusing process. We've compiled this admissions checklist for you to use as a tool when applying to Southern Poly -- so that you know exactly what to supply and when the deadlines are.

	Complete and submit the Undergraduate Application for Admission to the Admissions Office at Southern Polytechnic State University.
	Your completed application and all credentials must be received by the term deadline stated below, except as noted for transient and audit students in the college catalog. It is the responsibility of the applicant to request that all required transcripts be sent directly to the Admissions Office. Transcripts issued to students cannot be used for admission. Also, all test scores submitted must be official. Student copies will not be accepted.
	All applicants must submit certification of immunization on the official Southern Polytechnic State University Certification of Immunization (PDF: 24K \| About PDF). Do not submit school shot records, health history, or other immunization records.
	All applications received must be accompanied by a non-refundable $20.00 application processing fee. Checks should be made payable to Southern Polytechnic State University.

NOTE: Official TOEFL score of 550 (213 computer-based) may be required of any applicant who is a non-native speaker of English.

Deadlines
For all full-time undergraduate students, the deadlines for applying to SPSU are as follows:

Fall Semester:	August 1
Spring Semester:	December 1
Summer Semester:	May 1

The Admissions Office must receive complete admissions materials for all transient and nontraditional students 10 working days prior to the registration date for the semester in which students plan to enroll.
