| Attention: The Facilities help desk and the InfoTech help desks now use the same interface. Both of the links below will seem to take you to the same place. |
To file a workorder for either Facilities or InfoTech:
- Log in to the help desk with your SPSU network (email) ID.
- Click Open Workorder.
- Select the appropriate Workgroup for either Facilities Maintenance or Information Technology.
- Type a short-descriptive Subject,
- and describe the issue in detail in the Description.
- Click Continue to submit the workorder.
