Statement about commitment to sustainability

I made this commitment to myself about 40 years ago.  It still applies and now applies to the acknowledged needs of society and our campus society. I will strive to set an example by designing, building, maintaining and educating others about high performance building systems. In the construction department we offer a LEED (sustainable construction) class that requires no prerequisites but a passion to learn sustainable construction.
