Summer Office Hours

The standard work schedule for SPSU in summer 2008 will be as follows:

Monday through Thursday - 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Friday - University closed.

The summer schedule will begin on May 12, the first Monday after commencement, and it will end on Friday, August 8, the last Friday before Fall Kickoff.

This standard schedule will generally apply to all employees, but a few areas may require different work schedules to cover 40 hours of work per week.

If you have an emergency, please call the University Police at 678-915-5555.
SPSU Police are available 24/7, even when the University is closed.

There are two exceptions to this work schedule during the holiday weeks
for Memorial Day and Independence Day.

Week of Memorial Day

Monday (May 26): University Closed     (Memorial Day Holiday)

Tuesday through Friday (May 27-30): 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Week of Independence Day

Monday through Thursday (June 30 - July 3): 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Friday (July 4): University Closed    (Independence Day Holiday)
