Student loan information is also published by the Department of Education, and may be found here.

Please be aware that if you apply for a federal student loan, the loan will be submitted to the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS), and will be accesible by guaranty agencies, lenders, and institutions determined to be authorized users of the data system.

Other types of federal assistance include VA Benefits.

State Financial Assistance

State Grant Assistance is available in Georgia through the HOPE Scholarship program. Information about how to apply for a HOPE Scholarship, as well as copies of the necessary forms may be found here. SPSU's financial aid office also provides information about HOPE.
