Use the forms below prior to competitions to submit team rosters.
Checks for Fee Payment: Make sure that your school/team name is printed on your registration fee payment to insure timely documentation of payment receipt. This has been especially difficult with checks coming from school district accounts. If we cannot confirm that the payment is for your school, this could bump your team into the LATE Registration Status and limit the competitive site choices for your team.
Rules Manuals? We typically receive these in mid Sept. We process them at SPSU and mail them to teams who are registered and PAID! You may order your own manual and possibly get it before we have time to process and mail to your team. If you want to order a rules manual, go to the Science Olympiad Store:
The 2014 Rules manuals will be available for purchase around the beginning of Sept. Keep checking and see if the 2014 ones are listed.
The middle and high school rules manuals are usually $8 plus shipping.
REGISTRATION LINKS: Make sure that you receive a registration confirmation email immediately after you complete the online registration. If you don’t…then your online registration did NOT go through. This happened to about 1% of our coaches last year. Some of your school system filters will not let the registration process complete. You may want to try it on a home internet connection if you don’t received an email registration confirmation. Payments received without online registration will not be credited as a complete registration. Your payment must be sent AFTER completing the online registration.
