As part of the loan process you are required, by the W.D. Ford Federal Direct Loan Program, to review and understand the material included in either the program booklet titled "Exit Counseling/Guide for Borrowers" or the material enclosed within this web site. This web site was created in order to expedite your processing. You may choose to perform the 'Exit Interview' either in person, at the financial aid office, or through this web site. In either case, to finish the exit interview and receive credit for doing so, you must perform the following:

• Read and understand the enclosed material, and answer each section's questions honestly,
• After reading the required Facts sections, you must e-mail, at the prompt, your name, address, phone number, and social security number to the buisness office,
• After doing so, you must print out and complete the Borrower Information and Rights and Responsibilities Forms and mail or carry them to the address given below.

WARNING: Failure to do so may result in your grades/degree being held!

ATTENTION: By signing the Borrower and Rights and Responsibilities Forms you acknowledge your understanding of the enclosed material, and accept the conditions of the loan as stated herein.
