Welcome to the exit interview process for financial aid recipients.
The exit interview is required for all loan recipients.
This is a self-paced process where each student is required to read and successfully answer general questions concerning their understanding of the enclosed material.
Once the required clearance process has been initiated, (Facts
section-8 sheets), to finish, you
must successfully answer each section's questions, (24 total
questions). Should an answer be incorrectly
answered, you will automatically be linked back to the beginning of
that section for further study. Successful
negotiation of each section will automatically link you to the
remaining sections, until you reach the end. Once
there, you will be prompted to fill out and submit one of the
required documents, an e-mail form with your
name and social security number. The other required documents are
located in the Rights
and Responsibilities and Borrower Information sections.
You are required
to print them out, sign them, and then mail them, or deliver
them to:

Be aware, failure to submit the forms may create untimely record holds and prevent you from graduation.
Relax, the entire process takes approximately 30 minutes to complete, and don't forget to submit your e-mail, Borrower, and Rights and Responsibilities forms.
