The Facilities Management Department is proud to announce the implementation of SPSU's
new maintenance work order system, SchoolDude. Starting March 29, 2013 Facilities will only receive work orders via
SchoolDude.

Click on link Key Request to print out a Key Request Form to request keys be made for a specific office on
campus. Form must be filled out in completion with appropriate signatures.
Electronic swipe access (Hornet Cards) and building security alarm codes are obtained
from Campus Services, located in the Student Center.
The Facilities Workorder Helpdesk supports Building Maintenance, Custodial Services,
Grounds and Daily Operations in their missions to sustain the University Facilities
in a safe manner for teaching, learning and personal growth. We provide this support
by monitoring and entering workorder requests for:
- Creating schedules for Preventative Maintenance on campus
- Creating signage and graphics for interior office spaces, building external vinyl
or aluminum signs, signs for campus grounds/pedestrian traffic and special event signage
- Removal of Surplus Items
- Coordinating delivery of items needed for special events on campus with the Event
Planner / Logistics Coordinator
- Monitoring open workorder requests for completion in a timely manner
