Our mission is to provide quality customer service to the students, faculty and staff here at Southern Polytechnic State University. We will provide this service in a caring and professional manner, treating our people and our customer with consideration and respect. We are responsible for the physical and environmental maintenance, renovations, major new projects, upkeep and operations of buildings, roads, parking lots, utility transports, sidewalks, custodial services, landscaping and much more.
