Appeal ProceduresAppeal Procedures
The University has established a Board of Review to hear appeals from regular employees
(who have completed their provisional period of employment) when problems cannot be
resolved to their satisfaction by the employee's supervisor. In such instances, the
Board of Review will recommend a course of action to the President for final decision.
Should the employee fail to gain satisfaction at the university level, the employee
may file an appeal for a hearing before the Board of Regents.
